On behalf of Tyger Excavating I have to say that doing business with TKMS has been quite an enjoyable experience.  There are many times in underground construction where emergency situations arise and sand/stone quantities can change in an instant.  By dealing with Tim Acton and Tim O’Donnell these problems are brushed aside as they leap into action to fulfill our needs as fast as possible.

Many times our own personal dump sites have fallen through which could result in shutting a project down until a new site is found or made ready to use.  TKMS has shown up once again by letting us use their sites temporarily so ours could be maintained which would allow us to keep our operation running smoothly.

Another great quality of TKMS is their prices.  Times are tough right now and everyone is trying to be competitive as possible.  They value their customers and negotiate their prices so it works out being a win-win situation in the end. 

Overall they achieve total quality management hands down.  The coordination through their drivers and suppliers is impeccable which is visible out in the field.  Their drivers seem to really take pride in their job and speak highly of the company that employs them.  Their trucks seem to always be very clean and in tip top shape while dumping on our projects all throughout the metro Detroit area.  Many times I am approached by homeowners who make the comment, “man, they sure know how to drive those trucks!”

We have been working together with TKMS for over 10 years now, and with the service we receive from them, you can count on us doing business for the long haul!
